    Simply 5 ways

    • Listen to your heart: You are the only one who knows what fills you up. Your family and friends may think you’d be great at something that really doesn’t float your boat. It can be complicated following your bliss. Just be smart, and keep your day job for the time being.
    • Connect with others: Call a friend or family member to talk. Or better yet, meet someone you have fun spending time with for coffee or a bite to eat. Connecting with the people we love is a terrific way to feel happier about your life. After all, what's better than reminding yourself of the people who love you and enjoying their company?
    • Self understanding and happiness: Many people aren't even aware of the reasons they are feeling bad nor they have any clue about the way that can make them happy. In such a case i strongly advice those people to learn more about self understanding. Not knowing what you should do in order to become happy will certainly leave you feeling sad
    • Be True to Yourself: You’re true to yourself only when you follow your inner light, when you listen to what Ralph Waldo Emerson called the “still, small voice within.” You’re being the very best person you can be only when you have the courage and the fortitude to allow your definition of true happiness, whatever it may be, to be the guiding light of every part of your life.
    • Even with discomfort: Humans don't like discomfort. So when we start to feel uncomfortable, we run in the other direction, or we numb ourselves out. But that just deadens our feelings of aliveness and joy. The only way around uncomfortable emotions is through. Those feelings of sadness or frustration are there for a reason -- they're messages. Once we're willing to feel them, we get the message, and the emotions begin to dissipate.
